Why 3 Strings and a Bandaid?

I was speaking with a teenage friend of mine about teenage issues (drama) when I thought of the phrase, "Three strings and a band aid". It is a metaphor for holding it all together, just like a a string thing from Victoria's Not so Secret shop. After much laughter (which we all need on a daily basis), I began to consider that we ladies (young and old) try to hold ourselves together with very little.

Consider this: a scrap of material and a piece of string is supposed to hold your most interesting areas. It's no wonder that we ladies of all ages try to hold our emotions and lives together with scraps of laughter and a few strings of hope.

This is why I present to you this blog. It is my endeavor to help all of us to hold ourselves together with our 3 strings and a band aid.
